What to expect should be an easy answer; however, we are all individuals with unique needs  and personal reasonings for having a desire to receive massage/bodywork.  From day to day different aspects of ourselves are expressed, therefore, sessions are often quite diverse, even with established clients.   I offer a therapeutic and honoring massage, always tailored to meet you where you are at.  Sometimes you may feel like you signed up for a torture session while I work deeply into the restricted tissues which are causing pain or limiting range of motion.  Other times, you may need a quiet space where your body receives respite, your mind can let go and your spirit can relax and connect with the Divine. 

My passion for personal and professional growth has lead me to attend many advanced trainings throughout my career. Modalities used are, yet not limited to: Phenomenal Touch, Swedish, Precession Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sarga (barefoot myofascial release), Percussion Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Prenatal Massage, Cupping, Post Isometric Relaxation/Reciprocal Inhabitation techniques, Trigger Point therapy, Shiatsu, Chakra balancing, Hot Stones, Drum Bathing, therapeutic essential oils,  Still points, Conscious Breathe, passive and dynamic Stretching, movement, and or stillness.
